Delete your mywebsite.help account
You can delete your account and personal data at any time, yourself from the dashboard or by asking us by email. Deleting is permanent.
Delete it yourself
- Sign in to your account.
- Open Settings and scroll to Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted, enter your password and type DELETE.
- Confirm. You're signed out straight away and we email you a confirmation.
Can't sign in? Ask us by email
Write to privacy@mywebsite.help from the email address on the account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile, sign-in details, sessions and invitations.
- Businesses you solely own, with their sites, products, blog posts, uploads and settings, when they have no orders, domain purchases or paid plan.
- Active subscriptions are cancelled with the payment provider.
What we keep
- Financial records such as orders and invoices of businesses that continue to exist, which we and our customers must keep by law. They no longer link to you.
- Security and audit logs, kept without any link to you.
If you own a business with orders
A business that has orders, domain purchases or a paid plan can't be deleted along with its owner, because those records must be kept. Cancel the plan, then contact support to close the business or transfer ownership, and delete your account afterwards.
